Our team offers prescriber support for therapists and coaches aiming to expand their ketamine practice, including screening, medical intake, prescribing, and access to on-site facilities. We also support and accept referrals for any psychedelic medicine work for clients interested.
SSRI Taper Support

Using cutting edge techniques and evidence-based literature, we provide extensive SSRI (antidepressant) taper support. Moving away from the inhumane APA guidelines, we utilize the Horowitz-Taylor Method (hyperbolic taper) coupled with ketamine support to guide clients through a successful taper from their medications.

We periodically offer open group experiences and can create custom private groups upon request. For couples, we support a range of needs from amicable dissolution and communication repair to intimate relationship work.

Yes and no. Currently, ketamine is the only legally prescribable psychedelic in the United States. However, certain states and cities such as Colorado, Oregon, New Mexico, and Oakland have passed decriminalization or state level legalization for other natural substances.

Across more than 1,000 healing journeys, we've worked extensively with clients carrying PTSD, anxiety, and depression, often after years of talk therapy or medication that helped some but not enough. Psychedelic medicine has a growing body of clinical research behind it for PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and other mental illness. We use psychedelic medicine within a full container of medical screening, preparation, and integration, not as a standalone treatment. The goal isn't to erase a diagnosis. It's to create the conditions for the healing to occur, so the deeper work of has somewhere to land. We'll talk honestly with you about what to expect, what the evidence does and doesn't show, and whether this approach makes sense for where you are.

Every journey at Soul Surgeon includes a medical consultation, risk and safety screening, and structured preparation and integration, not just the medicine session itself. Unfortunately, no. Our work is private pay only. This allows for greater confidentiality, intentionality, and freedom from diagnostic or billing constraints.
We comply with all HIPAA, privacy, and confidentiality laws. We can provide superbills upon request, though reimbursement is not guaranteed due to our client centered and non-pathologizing approach.
